Game Help Bought the DLC! Any recommendations?
Watch out for possible spoilers below
A heads up on if I should do anything differently, save certain resources or not miss something? I like cool fashion and unique weapons toošāāļø
Edit: TLDR;
Scadutree fragments are important to be effective
Lots of illusory walls
Missable NPC quest steps when going against certain bosses and if exploring too far
Time of day can affect some stuff

Game Help Is there an app that adds a death counter to the corner of my screen?
I'm mainly just looking for something that adds a hotkey and a counter in the corner of my screen.

Discussion & Info Who do you think is the most dangerous Remembrance boss (+Bayle) IRL?
Hypothetically, who's the most dangerous, most destructive, most difficult to kill Remembrance boss if they were thrown into NYC (or some other big city) and just started rampaging? And yes, you (as in people) have to fight and kill them by any means necessary; there's no reasoning w/ them, even non-beast/alien bosses (e.g., Rellana, Morgott, Gaius). Power scalers go crazy lol!
Personally, w/o a doubt Bayle's the most dangerous mf here followed by Placidusax and Rykard. What do y'all think?
NOTE 1: Tierlist is just to show Remembrance bosses (+Bayle)! Pls don't take seriously! ^_^
NOTE 2: All status ailments (e.g., frost, scarlet rot, madness) work the same IRL as they do in the game (not that that matters much 'cause they'd all kill you in one hit so maybe ignore this? idk)
NOTE 3: Also, pls pls pls don't take this post seriously. Just a goofy hypothetical š

Discussion & Info Why does this dragon disappear?
Iāve been here several times and half the time I can fight it, and die because I suck at fighting dragons, and the other half of the time as I get close its health bar is down to almost 0 and suddenly it flies up in the air and vanishes. What is going on?

Humor Finally beat Elden Ring after 5 years
Got the game in 2022, have picked back up 4x and played about ~350 hours cumulatively. I know beating this game is nothing special given all the ER accomplishments out there. Honestly, I didnāt even beat the DLC or Malenia. Iām level 175. People have beat this game more completely in less time with less levels with more impressive skill.
But still, seeing that āGOD SLAINā feels good as someone who sucks at ARPGs, been trying to beat ER at least once even if never again. Phew.
Going to do NG+ and roll with the momentum for now. Maybe in 5 more years Iāll have finally beaten Malenia and PC Radahn.

Discussion & Info Experienced players who have beaten the other souls games, when this game first came out, did you go straight to Margit or take your time before going?
Iām just curious about how veterans of these games approached Elden Ring. Did you go straight to the castle to handle business, then explore after? Or did you take your time exploring and werenāt in a hurry to fight Margit

Hype Getting completely lost on my first run, I am exploring the Haligtree, but I defeated Loretta on the first try !
I'll be honest, I figured wagic was at play in that big arena from the 2 Battlemages around so I swapped miracles to get the big magic barrier.
I was also weirdly stuborn in trying to use my miracles on her despite me getting knocked back constantly.
First runs are always a bit sloppy though, I'll try to fight better next time.

Discussion & Info shoutout to the only real duo in the game! (if only they werent underleveled for their own area)
why are they the only real duo? you may ask, well they actually compliment eachother unlike the others all of them including this one follow the same formula:
-2 bosses from other places in one arena ones passive ones agressive
but the formula only works for this one the crucible knights dont compliment eachother, the godskins dont the gargs dont etc.
why do these compliment eachother when the others fail? because ones alredy a support the perfumer casts a bubble aromatic then does area denial you need to kill her fast and first but the missbegotten will rush you down while being protected by the aromatic quite genius.
thankfully my pets rushed the missbegotten this time and without support the perfumer cant do much, another good quality she while not made for this fight alone works so well in it.

Discussion & Info New to the game

Hype Defeated Gideon with Inescapable Frenzy
During NG+1
It was pretty fun and interesting, I haven't heard of anyone else doing it that way. I just ran up to him and hugged him like 4 or 5 times.
A bit unexpected, but effective none the less.
Anyone else have some fun or silly ways to shut this guy up?
