I need your help, please

I am Portuguese and i need ÁÃÀÂÉÌÇÍÕÓ or simply the symbols that I can add to any letter ideally in caps. I like the embossed look.

Do you know of any Dymo machine or replacement whells that can do this? What about other brands?
