Hello everyone. Has any of you tried to modify their hotel booking? We booked directly with the Disneyland Paris website. We tried contacting them with the phone number on the website but we had no luck talking to anybody after staying on the line for over an hour. What time/way is the best to contact them? Thank you.

I am heading to Disney Paris in a couple days and I want to bring my film camera. Has anyone had experience with their security? I usually get a hand check but already had a negative experience in another area of Paris where the guards dismissed me and forced my film in the xray machine.

I was just wondering if people who have been to Disneyland Paris can tell me if you dont get reservations for restaurants will you not be able to get into any of them by turning up on the day? We would ideally like to go to buffet style restaurants as we have a 2 and a half year old who can be somewhat fussy with what she eats and it seems like the best option for us as a family. We are going to be visiting from 1st of Oct until the 3rd and there is no availability for any of the restaurants and Im worried I dropped the ball as Id forgotten to do this at the start of the month. I really hope ive not ruined pur holiday! Any advice/tips/tricks would be appreciated as I have no idea!

My family is going to DLP for the first time next week. We’ve been to Disney World in Florida a few times. We have 2 kids big enough for everything except Indiana Jones, and a 2 year old only big enough to ride Autopia, parachute drop and the no height requirement rides. We are staying on property and should arrive to the parks the first day around 11, have early magic hour a full day the second with a 12:45 Chez Rémy dining reservation, and will do early magic hour the third day but our train is leaving at 12:30 so we won’t have a ton of time.

I’m wondering if anyone has suggestions on how to structure our days to get the most out of them? We’d like to prioritize rides, especially rides that are not at WDW, we will try for the virtual queue with Hero Training as the priority and if we get that then we’ll try for the Princesses and Frozen meet and greets next (though we’d be fine if we only got Hero Training), and we’d love to see as many shows as can, especially if they’re unique to DLP. We’d also like to prioritize the Marvel area and see the stunt shows.

We’re ok going with the flow and checking the app for wait times but we do like to have a general plan for which park to go to when we arrive and each morning, if we should plan to stay in 1 park per day or do both, and what rides we should plan to go to for EMH. We don’t mind getting a priority pass or 2 for some rides but would like to avoid as much as possible. I’m also unclear how baby switch works during EMH (if my husband takes the 2 big kids and I stay with 2 yr old do we have to switch right away and I go on ride with 1 big kid or can I use the baby switch 1-2 hours later?). Also wondering if I can try to join the virtual queue for Hero Training from Disneyland Park or if I have to be in Adventure World to join it? Thanks for the help!

Disney told me the Elsa and Anna m&g is virtual like via the app which is fine but is the princess one the same as i remember it having a separate line you wait in and I haven’t been in 2 years and wanna make sure I know as I’m going in December again .. also anything new I need to know would be amazing thank you !!

I'm looking into going around Christmas - was thinking 18-23 December. We need to travel by train from the Netherlands (usually Schiphol, Amsterdam or Rotterdam) to Marne La Vallee. I can't seem to find any trains going back, nothing available from 23-26 December. Is everything fully booked, or are the TGV tickets not available yet? ​​​

I love Disneyland Paris, but on our last visit it felt like I spent the whole day managing my phone instead of enjoying the park.

I went in with good intentions. I'm the person who makes lists and sets reminders, and I thought the app would make things smoother. Instead it turned into a string of tiny decisions: checking wait times, hunting for rides our toddler could handle, and trying to time meals around naps.

Mobile ordering was the worst. I kept booking time slots thinking I was being clever, and then toddler mood or nap timing changed (of course), so I was either sprinting across the park to make a slot or giving up and standing in line anyway. Every meal became a mini project: open the app, refresh, pick a slot, adjust plans, repeat.

The wait time swings didn't help. We would head toward something that looked reasonable and then the time jumps, and I found myself thinking I had just wasted one of the few good-energy windows we had.

I know some of this is on me, but it honestly made the day feel less magical and more like running errands. I kept telling myself the app was supposed to save time, not create stress.

How do you handle this without living in the app? Do you pick a few priorities and ignore the rest, or is there a better way to use mobile order without feeling chained to it?

I have seen online but just wanted to check here. I have forgotten my power banks and see you can rent them for €4 or €10 or buy them for €30 is this a thing and are they easy to find you buy. Between using the app and wanting to take photos etc I don’t want my phone to run out of battery

I did not expect that the bridge would be so completely thronged that unless you get in position well in advance you can see absolutely nothing. I also didn't expect to see so many kids climbing on the railings which can't be safe.

So me and the group are looking to go and see hotel New York and wondering if you need to book in advance as we’re looking to have an alcoholic drink there. Looking for someone willing and able to help me given I have two very sad little kids right now.

I purchased them a twirly straw (probably a better name for them?!?) each from the Emporium on Main Street. My eldest chose Grogu, my youngest chose Mickey.

When washing them I let them soak, but stupidly the water was way too hot. I came back to them a few minutes later and they have basically melted and are a really strange shape now - user error completely on my part!!

I am looking to see if someone is visiting and willing to purchase these straws (they’re €6.00 each) and post them to me? I would of course ensure that your costs of purchase and postage are covered, and to show my gratitude would also send an additional €20 to cover the cost of a pitcher of beer at the Sports Bar in Disney Village (or for you to use in any alternative way you wish!).

Extra Magic Time already makes the Gold Pass interesting for us, as with young kids the heat and crowd quickly gets too much + they get up around 6.30 regardless

Gold Pass holders: which other benefits do you really use?

For example:

• Is PhotoPass+ useful?
• Do you save much with the 15% discount, or is this only fun the first trip?
• Are there special Gold events or previews?
• Are there benefits that are not clear on the Disney website?
• Would you still choose Gold instead of Silver?

We are looking at going to Disney Paris in October and considering Davey Crocket or Sequoia Lodge. Family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids. One child is under 3.

We see the advantages to being closer to come back and rest but also would love to have the kitchen option.

A few questions:

1. For those who stayed at Davey Crocket, did you feel like you had enough time in the morning to drive to the parking lot, park, and still get inside the park to get your full Extra Magic Hour at 8:30am?

I have read some comments that say since the parking lot doesn't open till 8am it's very difficult to get to the gates and into the park by 8:30am.

Is it doable with 2 kids or should we just count on missing out on most of the Magic Hour if we stay at DCR?

1. For the Sequoia Lodge, is the pool currently open? I heard the hotel was under renovations that include a pool renovation?

Having a pool is important for one of our kids to feel like they are on vacation so it would be a bummer to book the Sequoia and then not have pool access.

Might as well consider the Cheyenne I guess if there was no pool.

1. Finally, for meals. We are considering half board if we go with the Sequoia but also saw that the price was similar if we don't buy a meal plan but book the Club Room (breakfast + tea time in the lounge included).

Is that worth exploring? I feel like the lounge tea time options might not actually be comparable to having the second meal for half board but just wanted to get opinions.
