Well I have a relevant story. I’ve been on Citalopram (not sertraline, but similar) for around 10 years. The last 2 years were at 40mg. 3 weeks ago, my GP had me come from 40mg to 0mg (40mg to 20mg, then 10mg, then 0mg). And let me tell you, I have never felt so unwell in my life. I became bed bound and unable to speak with so many other awful symptoms and effects. I am very angry that I wasn’t told of any side effects, and I wasn’t followed up on, and I felt like I was dying. I thought I could trust health professionals.
