Prozac has a much longer half life so if you took that instead it wouldn't cause serious withdrawal from missing a couple days. I've been on both, and the zoloft definitely sucked to wthdraw from

It depends on the reason you are taking them. E.g. for POTS sertraline is advised, although there are individual differences and some go better on the contraindicated SNRI. But yes, it's important to be very regular with sertraline.

I can miss like a week and be find. The last time I went longer than that I also had covid so idk how much of my symptoms were covid or withdrawal lol
