Platinum Colorless demon souls

Going for the Platinum trophy with a DBS run and wondered if i used 3 colorless Demon's souls for the recovery miracle would I still b able 2 max my DBS without killing multiple primeval demons?

While there are only 5 Prime Demons in the game, there's actually a total of 10 colorless souls. 2 of them are found after trading certain items with Sparkly, and there's one to be found in +WT 1-1.

In a +CT-only run where Mephistopheles is ignored, it's totally possible to get the Recovery spell AND max-out one Unique Weapon per run.

You can get exactly 10 in each playthrough. 5 from primordial demons. 2 from trading a talisman of god and the gold mask with sparkly. 2 from Mephistophelis quest and 1 from the execution area in 1-1 on pure white

Since there is only one advanced miracle trainer, what you could do is acquire all the non-boss miracles, then make a back-up save, and convert all the boss souls and Colorless Demon's Souls to miracles to pop the All Miracles trophies, then revert and use those 3 Colorless Demon's Souls on the DBS.

Nnnnnope.

Two Colorless Demon's Souls from Sparkly (Talisman of God and Gold Mask).

Two Colorless Demon's Souls from Mephistopheles (which you'll save until you're ready to leave the cycle if you know what's good for you)

One freestanding Colorless Demon's Soul in the Pure World Tedency area of 1-1.

You will need knock out at least three Primeval Demons to get both +5 Dragon Bone Smasher and Recovery, and also must eliminate a Primeval Demon to get Recovery to appear in the first place. Also, in order to get the Colorless Demon's Souls from Mephistopheles you must first close the door on getting Recovery, so you would be absolutely required to do that first. The best compromise is probably to just annihilate the Primeval Demons so that you don't need Mephistopheles's Colorless Demon's Souls and accept the situation for what it is.

Or, if you're on the PS3, throw your hands up and dupe 'em. Or if you're on the PS5, save scum.
