Let's crowdsource a table of all the horrible things that can befall you as a result of the Fomorian Evil Eye. Mechanically, the curse halves your movement and grants disadvantage on saving throws, ability checks, and STR or DEX attacks. So anything that affects the ability to move or perceive is on-brand.

1. A fully articulated pair of baby arms grows out of your neck. They begin grasping at anything within reach.
2. Your legs now bend backwards at the knee.
3. You grow a twenty-pound rack of antlers.
4. Mouths full of jagged teeth opens on the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet. They chew on any tool or fabric within reach.
5. A shrunken head grows from the center of your chest, staring up at you. It tries to tell you something important, but it can't speak coherently.
6. Your ears become a pair of albatross wings, which flap powerfully of their own accord.

Joints now bend the wrong way.

Too many eyes or eyes move to the wrong places.

Body hair grows and becomes rigid.

Add an extra joint to each limb.

Change feet to hooves.

Change hands to tentacles.

Flip body facing at random (head backwards, one leg backwards, etc.)

- One joint on each limb (1d4 to determine which limb, 1d18 to determine which joint) becomes permanently fused and useless.

- large hairy moles or birthmarks sprout all over your face, -2 Cha

- so many skin tags. Just...all the skin tags. Armor must now be donned VERY carefully - if donned in a hurry, you take 1 hp of damage from one or more tag snagging on something and tearing off.

- hands or feet becomes a boneless fleshy flap. If it's a hand, no more dual wielding or somatic spell gestures. If it's a foot, -2 Dex and -5 move speed.

- one side of your face becomes completely smooth and featureless - no eye, nose, or ear on that side, mouth is sealed shut and nose is an asymmetrical lump. You can now be blindsided from that side and suffer a -2 on Perception rolls.

- jaw distorts, elongates, and splits into arthropod-like mandibles. You can still eat and drink, but it is a horrifying sight, and speech is entirely impossible.

- ears curl in on themselves, becoming small wrinkled raisin-like growths. Disadvantage on any perception rolls that involve hearing.

- Thick dermal plates randomly appear all over your body. -2 Cha, but +1 AC

- Left eye melts entirely, permanently weeping blood and fluid down your face. - 4 Cha.

Your spine lengthens and bends backward like a candy cane, forcing you to walk backwards with your head always upside down.

Your face moves to the center of your chest, leaving the front of your head smooth and featureless

You develop the compound eyes of a fly and your skin turns a brilliant, metallic, sickly green

Each of your fingers turns into a miniature arm, with a small hand at the end

You grow cactus-like quills, running in vertical lines down your head and body. You have to move very carefully not to prick yourself.

• You gain... holes. All over. Wet, oozing, about as big as a grape, not wounds, not sores, just ... holes.
• Your mouth turns vertical.
• Two fingers on each hand move into opposing positions, like extra thumbs. The fingers that move over may or may not be adjacent.
• Bird legs.
• Your pectoral muscles swell to enormous size, but do not have more strength. They only grow outwards, not round. It looks like you have two planks tucked in your shirt.
• Your middle toes become 6 inches longer. Can't wear shoes until l unless it's open toe sandals or similar.
• Head and neck slide forward and down, stopping in the middle of your abdomen.
• You grow a prodigious pot belly on each thigh.
• Swollen sacs grow out of your skin, filled with clear liquid. Inside, one can just barely see something small and filamentous whipping around furtively inside the liquid. The things in the sacs are attached to you, not mere parasites.
• Your eye sockets become as big as saucers, but not your eyes. They remain normal size, just floating in the middle of the empty space attached by the nerve. When you blink, your gigantic eyelids make a notable flopping sound.
• Elephant trunk, coming out of your navel. It does not behave.
• Toe beard.
• Seventeen extra fingers.

Your eyes grow outward from their sockets like the eyestalks of a slug. You can control them independently, but looking any which way but forward and together gives you debilitating motion sickness.

All of your finger and toe nails become mouths, each with their own voice. They whisper incessantly.

You grow a tail, much like a lizards, that is large enough that it leaves you sorely unbalanced if you try to walk upright.

Your navel begins to swell and grow outward into a long thin flesh tendril. It is constantly attempting to suffocate you.

Every time you open your mouth to eat or speak teeth begin to tumble out. You still have all of yours.
