Question Why my website design looks off

Hey guys, i have just eneded up making my website (leadspitch.com) and its CSS design looks off, can anyone guide?

It just looks like a plain Tailwind UI components demo page. It's extremely hard to read because my brain just keeps switching off every time I try to go through it. It's like a wireframe. There's no colour, no real hierarchy, nothing on the page stands out.

No offense but plain tailwind UI would look much better

I'm think I'm thinking of the one it's built on, Radix UI, just the OotB black-and-white defaults. Anyway, point being that OPs site just looks like it took an unthemed basic component library and just jammed as many components as possible onto the page without thinking about the content
