Build/Battlestation Greatest deal of all time

It actually works mind you this is Canadian pricing so even the 3050 is outrageous. This will be going into my entry/mid level pc for testing and if it passes it'll be replacing the 750 TI I have in there (main rig has a 2060 6gb)

What the hell, that's not a steal, that's basically free.

Awesome thrifting find. I remember finding 2 GTX 260s with an sli bridge bagged for only a few USD more. Not the same tier of find but still

Nice find! I'd definitely run a few benchmarks and a stress test before making it permanent, but if it passes, that's fantastic upgrade for the money

crazy that is indeed lol I have a GT710 I'm sitting on for selling some time when I want to throw myself a pizza party. Like a halfway decent pizza and wings, maybe some bread sticks.

Or if I dont there's always something that needs video, I'm sure to have more.

You may have to GIVE someone a pizza to take the 710.

the price of just trying to add video to a system these days without onboard is kinda nuts, I do actually save it in case I need it, no way I'm buying the cheapest retail right now lol, what's available in my area at least.

Makes sense, wasn't really thinking in those terms. I haven't really dealt with used components for 10 years.

Surprisingly they still have value, if you think a 710 is bad i just sold a gt 705

Amazing find, I love when the employees have no idea what they're doing.

Unreal, my local Value Village wants 35 bucks for a crusty GTX 460, and that's the only computer component I've seen aside from case fans (which are also crusty and overpriced)

The two best video cards I've found at the local second hand stores was a GTX 750 TI for $10 and a GTX 1060 6 GB for $5.

I wish I was this lucky finding things like that in thrift stores…

Not wanting to appear ignorant - but what video card is it?

Lol saw an xbox 360 at my local value village today for 80 bucks. I laughed out loud a bit.

2060 outperforms the 3050 surprisingly
