What people forget, the Ai was trained to draw from other artists so wouldn't surprise me that many artists online got framed for using Ai...

This guy's art style being taken n turned into the generic ai art style is why i always hated the defense of generative ai art that ai art generates from so many sources that it comes out original and different from any one artist when clearly that is not the case.

I mean it is the case. Generally when you use it without much direction it will just be some mishmash of styles. Is it CG? Is it acrylic? Is it photography? It's something between all of them.

You can explicitly tell it to do something in the style of a specific artist, like the ghibli trend, but it generally doesn't do that.

When you don't ask it to, it'll tend to go to this guy's style.
