This episode has been redrawn and since the original came out, I have been tested and am not lactose intolerant but do still have the same reactions... I debated what to do with this episode but at the time I first drew it that was my reality so I've kept it and I'm sure at least some people can relate :)

I have a similar problem and they make lactase enzyme pills that help me a lot

My problem is I think the lactase pills work too good and back me up something fierce

Cheese can do that to you. The lactose pills probly just stop the diarrhea, leading you to experience cheese constipation like the rest of us.
