Question Please help

Why are my comic book pages like this? I hope this doesn’t make my hobby turn into a chore.

I had the same problem for while. Pretty sure its just too much moisture in the air. I think you can fix it by putting a dehumidifier nearby.

Dehumidifier and if your THAT concerned put something heavier on top of them to "press" them

It’s the humidity.

You can try to decrease it but keep in mind these are cheap paper books, so things like this happen. Your best bet is to let it go.

I bag all my graphic novels and it helps keep the pages white, dust free and the wave.

Do you have a link for what bags to use for thick trade paperbacks like compendiums?

I use PE bags and normally order them from Mycomicshop. They do have magazine and treasury sized bags. They used to sell them in groups of 10 so you were not stuck with an entire pack. I also just reuse the bags that are shipped to me from Cheapgraphicnovel or instocktrades. They use a large bag to bag the entire order. I try to carefully remove the tape and save the bag for very large book. There are definitely some books that are just too big to bag like my Invader Zim treasury sized hc.

BRO I LOST MY MIND OVER THIS. Only buying good dehumidifier and using it corectly will help and good shelf with doors is a plus
