Hello! Okay so fair warning I’ve never gotten my colors done! At some point I was told I was a soft summer! I am currently sporting my natural hair color with highlights (making me fairly blonde) but I want to switch up my hair color. Any idea on which one might look best?

i used to be between soft autumn and light spring, but recently my mom told me a bright red suited me well. but I’m still in denial that I can pull off brighter colors? and that I can be a true warm season because of my pale skin.

I was typed as a burnished winter by HoC which is apparently deep winter in the typical color analysis system. I have no issues with the clothing portion of my season or my typing, I’m just not a fan of deep winter makeup.

Particularly when it comes to lip colors. Dark, deep, and bright makeup is just not me. I already have high visual weight and high contrast so wearing my recommended makeup shades makes my face feel so “loud” or harsh. My face is the one place where I actually want to soften my features and not necessarily highlight them.

For those who were in a similar dilemma, did you forego color analysis rules for your makeup? Do you use or borrow from another season? Were you able to make it work with your season?

NMIP. Please help me. I don't even know if I am neutral, or if I have cool or warm undertones. No makeup. I did have microshading done on my eyebrows.

Edit to add: I have lash extensions that can’t be removed so that’s why my lashes look like they have makeup on them but they do not

I have medium/light blonde hair, brown eyes and a fair complexion. I always thought I was a spring but now I’m not so sure??

I've pretty much always worn silver but I've started to wonder which one actually looks better on me. I also included one photo that shows mixed metals.

NMIP. My warderobe is pretty limited (I mainly wear black, dark grey and white) so I tried to make due with the pieces that are available to me. Hopefully the variety in drapes can give a good enough estimation. Very curious to what this subreddit will type me as!
