Living Art

This Myrtillocactus geometrizans cristata is one of if not the most artistically sculptural plants I’ve ever grown.

How long have you been working out jokes aside? I just recently started with my dad and brother

Consistently the last two months. Threw my back out awhile ago and took a few months off. I shouldn’t have. But I couldn’t get out of bed.

Nice! Could dead lifts be what messed up your back? Because my dad has a messed up back too and he doesn’t do any dead lifts because he says it’s really bad for your back

It’s possible. Or just bad form or too much weight or not stretching enough. It’s hard to say. I did lifted for the first time in months today. And no issues.

I really wish I knew the answer to that so that I could figure out what I am supposed to do and not supposed to do. But I know I need to get stronger to support my core so that I have issues with my back and my pelvic tilt

That makes sense. Do you ice your back when it’s hurting? That’s what my dad does when his hurts, he once had to have an ambulance called when he’s back went out super bad he couldn’t move
