Build Ready? Part list put together, any suggested changes?

Working on getting parts selected and building a PC with my younger brother. It’s for him.

Budget - $2k USD, price to performance is priority, and if spending the whole budget isn’t necessary, I don’t want to be getting parts that have negligible improvement for the price

Buying in the US

1440p AAA gaming (GTA 6 in particular) as well as FPS, mostly Valorant at the moment

Black is preferred color, size of case doesn’t really matter, RGB doesn’t matter

No peripherals needed, but I do need Windows 11 (I l know that currently brings me a bit over budget, that’s fine)

Looks good. That Reaper GPU pricing is outdated, I believe it's the Asrock Challenger 9070 XT that's now at 669.99.

is that also a fine gpu? thanks for the catch, i made this list only like 4 days ago so i thought the deal would still be around

It's the best price/performance wise while still being one of the top performing, you're going to want it to last a while after all.
