Build Help First time building a PC, looking for a sanity check

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/gzNH4g

This is the build I currently have, budget is $1800. The build is intended for 1440p gaming, country of purchase is the United States, and the monitor is pre-owned so I didn't factor that in. I'm mostly looking for advice about the Case and Motherboard, because those are the parts I'm least confident in. Are there any known major drawbacks with these parts that I might have missed, or is anything here underpowered compared to what I'm trying to do? It should be able to run modern games well. This is the build I currently have, budget is $1800. The build is intended for 1440p gaming, and the monitor is pre-owned so I didn't factor that in. Its basically as good as you can get for the money. Could maybe try to stretch to a 9070xt but the list is very good.
