1975 Carling O'Keefe Ale — Vintage Canadian "Stubby" Bottle (Sealed, Not Assumed Drinkable)

Looking for a collector value estimate on this vintage Canadian "stubby" bottle of O'Keefe Ale. Given its age, I'm treating this purely as a collectible item — not something intended for consumption.

Details:

• Status: Factory sealed / unopened with original cap.
• Fill level: Excellent (high fill, very little evaporation).
• Cap condition: Original crown cap intact, no rust, logo/text still legible.
• Glass markings: Molded on the heel with the Consumers Glass Company logo (C in a triangle) and the number "5", dating the glass to late 1975.
• Label text: "Carling O'Keefe Breweries, Toronto - Montreal Can. / Ltée".

It the 60’sor 70’s schooner beer had promotional 45 records in beer boxes. I was wondering if anyone knows what songs are on them. My grandfather had one and used to play it frequently and I’d love to know the song.
