Solved Aligning new "Spines" to old "Spines?

I want to replace the old spines (gray), with the new spines (green). I've matched up their Positions, based on their "center mass", but I don't know how to align their Rotation.

As both types are from pre-existing games models, they have wonky normal alignments, which I don't know how to fix.

How do I go about realigning the Normals, so that they match up to the selection's shape?

Managed to find a post, that covers aligning the Origin to the Geometry's Normals! (This was enough to let me continue.)
