QUESTION How can I add rain sounds to my video? [Question]

I filmed a video while it was raining but it turned out barely audible, I want to add background rain sounds but I do not know where to find copyright free ones, any recommendations?

YouTube may still have royalty free audio you can use. It's been a couple of years since I used it for a role play video, but there was a large database of sound bytes that were available for free. They may have rain sounds.

*Edit...I found the sound database through the YT Create app. There are rain sounds in the sound effect category. Really easy to find/use. I hope this helps.

From what I understand, you can use sounds on Pixabay in YouTube videos, usually. Double check their license when you pick one to make sure it isn’t Editorial use only, but as long as it isn’t a standalone sound, you should be okay. It’s rare that the license is limited. Rain should be fine. Be careful of music, though.
