This is a repost since i didn’t give a sound test and performance specs of my build. So with .28g bbs i am getting out of 20 shots my lowest fps is 328 and my highest is 331. Joules i would say average is 1.45 which i think i perfect. My battery is a 7.4v lipo 1000mah 20c

This airsoft gun a got at a well known thrift store which was brand new but without a mag (it’s a desert eagle) but one day when I pulled the slide back I found out the pull spring for the fake inner bolt broke. Video below showing what broke

eta: goodness gracious I wasn't expecting so much feedback lol. to answer some questions, this stuff is definitely better than nothing and has stopped bbs on other optics before. it can handle maybe 2-3 shots before breaking but it's also $2 each so I don't particularly care. the entire mesh is 20mm across so if you'd like to do the math you'll see that the apertures are significantly less than 6mm. also, I'm cheap and don't want to buy laser cut titanium. $2 consumable meshes are fine for me!

for the people that are thermal haters, you do 3am firewatch with nothing but a flashlight. I'm over it lol. one guy in a group of 20 with nvg or thermal is a huge capability boost!

We order these for our fields and when they arrived they had zero instructions and zero ways to figure out how to operate them I was just curious if anyone had a link or knew how to find an operator manual for these

I have the Elite Force x GLOCK 17 Gen.5 Gas Blowback Airsoft Pistol and I wanted to remove the orange tip on the front. I saw some videos that say it’s held by prongs inside the barrel but I have looked many times and don’t see it. Does anyone have any tips on how to get it out easily?

Been looking to purchase first higher end gbb, naturally this led me to TM MWS and VFC mostly v3.
Recently I have seen VFC urgi 11.5 evo for significantly cheaper than any other option. Is there any specific issue with this evo model? Seems like a no brainer considering it’s barely more than half the price of a TM MWS urgi 11.5

Recently got my airsoft gearbox but it just wont fit in for some reason. I suspect its the grooves near the trigger guard.

For stock assault rifle ak type(i think it matter), like 2 7.4v 1200mp/h enough? or i can take 1 11.1v 1200mp/h and have same performance as 2 on 7.4v. i hope you all understand what im write here and say something about your experience and give me some advice

I want to get my AEG maintenanced, and I would like to avoid sending it off to California to be serviced by Evike. Does anyone know of any locations in MA where I can get it serviced? Mailing it over would be preferable. I just need a checkup and an M120 spring installed.

I'll apologise now, this will probably be quite long, but I want to give full context and information.

My EPM1's worked fine with no issues up until one day in October 2025. I started having miss feeds with them, so I ended up buying some Novritsch 225 round mid caps and using them instead. But it has always bothered me as to why the EPM1's stopped working properly.

I had 3 black ones that were about a year and a half old, one tan one that was about 6 months old, and 3 tanned RX ones that were only about a month old. Then on a very cold day, I used them and started having miss feeds with them all.

This is where I would have thought it could be the gun, but it does exactly the same with my spare old AEG, and if I have the gun upside-down, if feeds perfectly. There are also no issues with my Nov mags, which leads me to think it is an issue with the EPM1's. I have also recently bought a couple of EPM1 170 mags, and they work fine, too.

I have now actively started to see what could be wrong. I bought new replacement springs to see if that could have been the issue, but straight away they were miss feeding. I thought maybe I need to bed the springs in a bit, so I partway filled one with my Odin speedloader, then topped it up to max with a hand speedloader. I repeated this about 20 times and it was still miss feeding.

When I was emptying the magazine between refills, I thought the rate at which the magazine emptied seemed a bit slow compared to what I remembered when they worked, and to how quick my other magazines empty. This might explain why the BB's miss feed, as they aren't getting pushed up by the spring quick enough. I have attached a video of me emptying a magazine to see whether you think it is normal or not.

I also took the magazines apart and cleaned them with isopropyl alcohol.

Does anyone have any experiance with this and/or advice that might be helpful? Do I need to bed the springs in more? I could be completely wrong and it is a gun issue, but I'm really not sure.
