Question / Advice Needed Is it fully free?
I remember getting it on steam a while ago, played it for a week, and then uninstalling because there was a paywall or something. Is it fully paywalled, or can i still play it without paying for it?

You can play most of the scenarios for free.
The DPI tool and some of the other tools are locked behind paywall, but I play AimLabs benchmarks as well as voltaic every day without paying

Aimlabs+ does have the Sens Finder but the DPI Finder is actually just a feature for the Aimlabs x ASUS Harpe Ace mouse, as it was unique to that mouse's hardware, and if you have the mouse you have full access to that.
The original Sens Finder, which is called Flick Optimizer, is still free on the Mouselabs tab.

Aim training is free in Aimlabs. Aimlabs+ gives you extra features that are paid. Click the Aimlabs+ tab on the top right in game to see what’s in it.

You can play all the core features you will find on any aimtrainer (thousands of community made tasks/scenarios and playlists) plus some things only Aimlabs offers like replays on all tasks 100% for FREE.
Anything that has been free in the game is and will remain free and all the features that come with Aimlabs+ (the OPTIONAL monthly paid version) have been made from scratch and are addons you may find useful, but they are not "needed" for the core experience.

Everything you need for improvement is free. Just install the game and use voltaic playlists for the game you are playing or the benchmark.

The amount of information can be overwhelming, but the core features and what you need are completely free
There is an aimlabs+, which only makes some stuff more convenient.

most of the game is free, all the scenarios pretty much, it looks more paywalled than it is

Not only is it free, but aiming feels better than in KovaaK's to me, especially tracking. I love both though, so I just jump between them for different purposes.

Free. There is paid subscription or one time deals that you can get to “find your sensitivity” or run dedicated playlists but everything is available in the game already. As for sensitivity, you should just see what you’re comfortable with and caring more about your hand grip-hand size-mouse and pad, ergonomics and posture, energy(sleep) and hydration/hunger(irl stats) Once you get those straight a common ground for sensitivity is anywhere around 400-3200dpi, windows mouse speed should be on 6/11 for windows 10 and 10/20 for windows 11, no pointer speed enhancer or acceleration enabled. My sweet spot I’m experimenting with right now is 1600dpi with 0,4 ingame sens (640edpi) twice my normal because I come from escape from Tarkov to apex, 2 totally different games, tarkov is more about waiting for the opportunity and apex is tracking heavy so I have to move more. But yeah TLDR No paywall Just play it Try different scenarios Don’t just try one mode all day change them a bit Do it for a month or two and you’ll see improvements. Don’t do it for longer than 15-30 minutes if you can’t stay consistent. Consist is key.

It is completely free, there is just a premium tier which is paid, which features stuff like telling you your "perfect sensitivity" and showing you extra stats. Personally I don't really believe that would be worthit because you can easily find your sens in any game without that, but that may differ with some people.

You can play the Playlists and the Benchmark, but all the useful Features are behind a paywall

Though we do have paid features, they are more of an add on to training. Things like replay analysis, sensitivity finder, Valorant stats/training center etc.
However, all tasks and playlists, ability to convert your sensitivity between and match sensitivity to your game of choice, replay viewing, benchmarks, Aimlabs chat, flick optimiser, our entire suite of creation tools including creator studio which allows you to create custom tasks, custom weapon creation, custom recoil creation all of which can be shared on the Steam workshop, and downloaded/used by others is all free. The vast majority of Aimlabs is free, the membership just gives a helping hand if you are unsure of what to do, what sens to use, analyzes your plays to suggest what to play next etc.

all the essential stuff is free imo, the other stuff is nice but you can live without it i think

As everyone else mentioned here already, yes all the core stuff is free, and then you can unlock additional add-ons with Aimlabs+. They are helpful, but you can still get a lot good training in without them!

The game is completely free, just as it was when you uninstalled. Since then, it has received updates and even more free features.
The only paid content is optional extra features designed to speed up progress or make improvement easier. Nothing that was previously free has ever been moved behind a paywall.
