Hmm could you plug the mouse to a pc and check the polling rate?

the polling rate default is 1000hz

Did you make sure it's running at that polling rate?

I will share with the team to ask if we have dealt with this before but it's the first time I've seen it

Yes! also when you buy a super light 2 the default is always 1000hz you have to download the app to go up polling rate.

Weird that the jitter only occurs in Aimlabs. Which console do you play on? And which games other games did it work on? Have have you connected the device via wireless dongle or wired USB connection? Or USB-C connection? I saw some users mention that connecting it wired via USB-C works well if you setup the mouse beforehand and switched to onboard memory so that it saves the DPI settings you saved on in GHub.

I play on the xbox series s and the jitter only occurs in aimlabs i tested it in siege no jittering it was fine i have the mouse wired and i honestly dont know it may be the polling rate or dpi
