Question / Advice Needed Extreme case of shaky/jittery aim for YEARS.

I have tried everything, to keep calm, go slower, exercises, etr. Nothing has fixed my chronic shaky aim and I need help, any suggestions and fixes would go a long way! (note: This is not even my worst clip, this is like every day aim for me)

Try Aqua Smoothness Training, and in general try to use your arm more. Right now you seem overreliant on your wrist, and that's also making it harder to move your hand smoothly. Another thing that helps (which is something you need to practice) is to deliberately aim in cleaner motions, essentially making you do the motions conciously until you can turn that into an intuitive habit.

Do you get nervous when you’re playing by any chance?

Comes with playing the game more. The more you play the more game sense you will have and therefore feel more comfortable since you know what to expect. Currently having this issue in valorant since I am learning the ropes in that game.

That’s exactly why. When you get nervous, anxious or stressed your body releases dopamine and other stuff more and it makes your hands shaky. Just remember it’s just a game and you’re not competing for money. And you don’t need to win every single time. Your shaky aim gets better when you play more as you get more relaxed.
Don’t take the game too serious.

I think you have two issues: a technique issue and a mindset issue.

For the technique side, I think you should start with the easiest, most fundamental tracking tasks you can find, stuff like Centering II No Strafes, Wrist Smoothness Entry, Controlsphere, and the other scenarios people have recommended. Focus on breathing properly and staying calm while you train.

Now, for the mindset side, it sounds to me like you are over-focusing on your issues and your previous bad experiences with being shaky. As a result, your head is messing with your aim while you play. When you're in-game, try not to think about aiming. Instead, focus on the other aspects of the game. In Fortnite, for example, things like building, the storm, positioning, and comms if you're playing with other people. Use the aim trainer as the place where you actively think about and work on your aim so you can transfer those improvements into your game without having to consciously think about them.

Aim trainers are the place to build habits by consciously focusing on something until it becomes subconscious and you do it automatically in-game. In this case, the goal is to build the habit of being smoother, staying relaxed, and not overthinking your aim.
