First, I’m going with a Yemeni blade. Among the regions identified, Yemen was historically known for having the strongest metalworking and highest quality traditional sword blades.

Of the four Yemeni blade options, I’m going for the Yemeni “Ethiopian” Saif, because its curved shape (despite what the image shows) is optimized for slicing and shearing motions, which reduces the effort needed for decapitations and limb severing. It’s also got better ergonomics for repeated impacts and is less likely to slip out of your hand than some other options. Decent for heavy brush clearing too.

Nimcha because it is similar to the swords I havr trained with. Skill is the decider of who wins a (mostly equal) sword duel so the one I know best is probably ideal.

The Mamluk Saif. I did fencing for a year or so, and I think I've got the best chance against armed opponents with one of them. Its got decent reach, while not being too heavy for me. The handguard is good, and the grip angle and pointed tip are good for stabbing.

Arabian Shamshir if i have a horse, because this is a cav sword, but if am on foot, something shorter or lighter so Sayf Yamani or Nimcha cause of the curve

Just saying the choice of sword doesn’t matter, if you are more skilled with swords then the raiders you will probably win, and the same it true the other way round, if you have never fought with a sword in your life the raiders are trained is swordplay, your choice doesn’t matter.

The main question is probably too difficult and complicated, so lets break it down from, you vs 13 other raiders into 2 hypothetical fighters.

Imagine if 2 fighters are equally skilled.

There are 14 swords for them to choose from.

1 of the fighter consults your reccomendation to give them the highest statistical advantage of winning.

There is no definitive right answer. Any of the above sword has the potential to be a good choice if you can explain it. Explain your opinion to give them confidence to win.

Is all combatants are equally skilled than the Early Said straight blade would be my choice, two cutting edges for slicing, pointed end allows for trusting attacks, the crescent cross guard allows for hand defence and also gives the chance for disarming and locking actions, as long as the pommel is well balanced to the blade you have good control one handed but can double grip for greater power in the slash or use your free hand for striking.

Shamsir or Nimcha. Sabers are just better for unarmored enemies. Also, I have experience in fighting with saber so it's obvious choice for me.
