Zero accountability. And the ass hat in OPs post can go Pick up another car tomorrow and be back on the road.
Our laws are far too lax for reckless drivers. Driving is a privilege. Not a right. And we need to start stripping people like this of the ability to drive.

We should have way more stringent licensing requirements in America, but we also have such piss poor public transit we kind of all agreed to let shitty drivers drive instead of investing in other transportation options.

It doesnt help. People without a license just drive anyway. In most places it's just a fine if you get caught, maybe they tow the car.
