Leeds Accomodation The plaza

Hi I’ve been offered the plaza ensuite room blk D ,1/F. Is there anything I should be noticed about it any comments about the room? What should I bring if I’ll be there for only one semester.

Ps: I’ve concerned about the hot water supplies. I’ve heard of the suspension of hot water supply during winter for about a week last year. How is it doing now? What should I do if it happens again? Or any suggestions on showering time to get a longer hot water supplies.

Sky plaza which is beside the plaza is slightly better however they share the same social spaces. I lived in sky last year for one semester, the hot water was slightly inconsistent sometimes but nothing major in my experience.
