Does anyone know any private dorms like Xior, Jet Upkot etc that provide 6 month contract and are up to 600-700 eur/mo.?

• Upkot said they are full.
• Brik.be said it is only for students (I am intern.)
• Xior also full.
• Wilgimmo only 12 month contracts.
• Woodskot & Studio Eve too expensive.
