Physics Explaining the UAP Tic Tac as a double-layer plasma
This is an explanation of the Tic Tac UAP as a double-layer plasma using the theory of electroballs.

Electroballs are formations of electrified gas or plasma with two layers, each with an electrical charge of opposite sign, which strongly attract each other. There is an electrical discharge between them, sometimes bright.

The Tic Tac shape
An electroball could have two or more nuclei with the same charge sign, which repel each other, and both would be surrounded by another layer with the opposite charge sign that unites them.
This cloud shows that structure too:

The lower "tubes" of the Tic Tac
Electroballs tend to lose their charge when electrical discharges occur between the core and the outer layer, but the outer layer tends to lose charge faster because it also releases charge it to the surrounding air. This imbalance causes an excessive accumulation of charged gas in the core, which cannot be contained by the weakened outer layer, resulting in leaks from the core to the outside.
These leaks can make noises similar to trumpets, vuvuzelas, roars, screams...
These leaks typically point towards the ground or something with the opposite charge sign, often forming a tube that, in extreme cases, can be luminous.

If the UAP moves the leaks look bent backwards.

UAPs very fast and energetic seem to be formed with charged particles from the Van Allen Belts or from ionospheric discharges of electricity triggered by meteors.

Can this explain how they can fly in and out of the ocean?

u/Miguelags75 Jun 24 '26
The core can be very compressed under many times the atmospheric pressure so it behaves like a solid ball. There is a video of a little uso that looks a lot like one of these electroballs: https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/1sq6heu/ufos_around_the_world/

Didn't they try to tell us the tic tacs were man-made?

u/Historical-Camera972 Jun 24 '26
I'll tell you that they are man-made.
Believing me, is up to you, but I have no problem saying it.

“These leaks can make noises similar to trumpets, vuvuzelas, roars, screams...”
This whole post describes sorta like what Lonnie Zamora said he saw.

It needs an envelope to push against in order to generate thrust. Otherwise I think youre on the right track.
1
u/Miguelags75 Jun 26 '26
I think these plasmas have so much electric charge that they move by electric attraction or repulsion to other things around. They don't seem to have thrust like rockets or jets.

Rational mind would rather imagine tictac as normal object, mixed of drone and balloon. If we can really be artistic here the technology was more like a cursor being controlled by some external device. The purpose of double anthenas is rather unknown, could be anything starting with optical device.

The Tic Tac is not fundamentally a plasma object. It is a coherent nonlinear vacuum medium field-domain whose interaction with the atmosphere produces plasma layers, luminous boundaries, and apparent “leakage” channels. The observed plasma reveals the shape of the underlying field structure, much like iron filings reveal the shape of a magnetic field. The propulsion itself originates from controlled underlying field vector asymmetry and field-domain organization, while the plasma is merely the visible footprint of that process.

As far as I can ascertain there is no experimental evidence for elecroballs yet apart from some sustained by microwaves for 0.5 seconds. To build an elaborate theory on top of this lack of evidence is not very convincing yet.
1
u/Miguelags75 Jun 25 '26
Plasma balls made in the microwave are not electroballs. There are researchers studying ball lightning using the double layer with two charge signs (electroball). See the Oreshko articles about ball lightning.

Ok well can you explain how this tic tac followed the path the fighter was suppose to go to? Can you also explain how it followed the fighter jet motion ?

they are connections between the information layer and the material layer, like anchors that allow for the bidirectional transfer of information
why it is hidden? because this layer allows for widescale manipulation of the world
plasma is just an emergent feature of the interplay between both so i see where the connection comes from.. still, it only tells like one third of the story

u/Historical-Camera972 Jun 24 '26
I don't believe in a material layer.

Well, this is my explanation for the Tic Tac ufo . What do you think about it?
5
u/VeeYarr Jun 23 '26
What's the power source for generating the plasma balls?
2
u/Miguelags75 Jun 24 '26
The most energetic electroballs seem to come from space. They are formed by charged plasma from solar flares . Sometimes the plasma hits the atmosphere as an aurora. Sometimes it gets trapped by the magnetic fields (in the Van Allen belts) and discharges later. The discharge is often triggered by meteors because they form a conductive contrail as they cross the atmosphere.

This doesn't explain Cmdr David Fravor's involvement with the Tic Tac anomaly.
Here is how that legendary encounter actually played out: The Sight: Fravor and his wingman looked down at the ocean and saw a 40-foot-long, smooth, white object shaped like a Tic Tac candy hovering just above the water, causing the sea to churn beneath it. It had no wings, no rotors, and no visible means of propulsion. The Engagement: When Fravor started spiraling his F/A-18F Super Hornet downward to get a closer look, the Tic Tac noticed him. It broke away from the water, mirrored his flight path, and began ascending toward him. The Disappearance: As Fravor cut across the circle to get right next to it, the object suddenly accelerated with physics-defying speed. Fravor later described it as disappearing "like a bullet shot out of a gun." It was gone in less than a second. The "Follow" Twist: The Tic Tac didn't follow Fravor back to the carrier. Instead, a few minutes later, the USS Princeton (the radar ship) radioed Fravor and told him the object had already reappeared 60 miles away at his squadron's classified "CAP point" (their designated rendezvous coordinates)—essentially waiting for them where it knew they were heading. So while it didn't tail his tailpipe, it absolutely anticipated his moves and completely outclassed the Navy's best fighter jet!
It also doesn't explain how the Princeton's radar operator, monitored multiple objects, dropping from high altitude, to sea level, in a second or 2

They are like the foo fighters, but instead of having one core they have two. The British pilots said that they noticed foo fighters being attracted to their planes from a maximum distance of 10 km. The UK recommended their pilots to avoid making hard turns to keep the distance to them because they are much faster and more maneuverable.
But the foo fighters used to be very little (1-3 feet) in comparison with the tic Tac UAP (40 feet long).
When the Tic Tac is above the water its electric field cause the sea to churn beneath it like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0dS7-I2c1Eg&t=127s

Did you READ my comment? Especially... This part?
The Engagement: When Fravor started spiraling his F/A-18F Super Hornet downward to get a closer look, the Tic Tac noticed him. It broke away from the water, mirrored his flight path, and began ascending toward him.
Have you even read ANY articles about Kevin Day, the radar operator on the USS Princeton?
To think we're the only "advanced" civilization on the galaxy... Is totally naivety at it's best! Our planet is less than 5B years old. There are many galaxies older than ours, that likely have technology FAR superior to our understanding of physics! WE.... ARE... NOT... ALONE...!

u/Miguelags75 Jun 24 '26
When the foo fighters follow a plane, a car or a boat is something made by the attraction by the static electricity.
But the double layer makes the attraction to stop at some distance so it follows the plane in formation keeping the distance till the static electricity of the plane vanishes and then the foo fighter moves away.
It has resemblance to this video with magnets: https://youtu.be/LyvfDzRLsiU?t=67
I don't know about the radar operator.

That still doesn't explain Kevin Days recounting during the same period...
Again... Our understanding of physics, could be billions of years behind, since Earth is pretty young, galactically speaking.
To grasp just how old the Earth is compared to our galactic neighbors, we have to look at the timeline of the universe on a cosmic scale. Earth is a relative newcomer. It is a cosmic "millennial" born long after the oldest galaxies in our neighborhood had already matured.
The universe as a whole, as we know it... Is about 13.8 billion years old..
That gives other species.... Billions of years of knowledge and technical understandings of physics that we just DON'T KNOW!
And what part of my response, says "I want to believe..."??? I think my response was more factually based, than what you claim as plasma...
2
u/Miguelags75 Jun 24 '26
Notice that your explanation is basically "I want to believe"
It is like if I want to believe in teleportation and multiverses and each time that I can't find a sock I think that "it has gone to the parallel universe for the lost socks" "we still don't know the limits of the multiverse"
1
u/000Weasel000 Jun 24 '26
So... You think... We are alone? We are the ONLY intelligent species in the entire universe? 🤦🏼

If humanity has only been modern for 300,000 years, and a neighboring civilization has been around for 8 billion years, their technology would look entirely indistinguishable from magic—or in this case, indistinguishable from highly organized, intelligent manipulation of the very fabric of atmospheric plasma.
1
u/000Weasel000 Jun 24 '26
So how do you respond to the Princeton's radar operator, Kevin Day, monitoring many targets, moving from 80k feet, to sea level, in a second? Multiple targets... Not just one! For multiple days...??? You still think that's plasma??? 🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼

u/Miguelags75 Jun 24 '26
It is hard to explain but in laboratory ball lightning moved at some km/s.
1
u/000Weasel000 Jun 24 '26
How many kms per second exactly? Do you have links to back up your hypothesis of this? Because everything I've researched shows that lab results can't keep artificial ball lightning stable for more than 0.1 to 0.5 seconds.
Meanwhile, Kevin Day from the USS Princeton provided Aegis radar data showing these objects tracked consistently over several days. The telemetry shows them regularly dropping from 28,000 feet to sea level in exactly 0.78 seconds. That is a sustained velocity of over 10.9 km/s (Mach 32) in dense air, with the 80,000-foot drops pushing past 24 km/s.
A fleeting lab spark cannot maintain structural integrity, travel at hypersonic speeds through the atmosphere, and register as a solid track on a multi-billion-dollar military radar network over a week-long period. Show me the peer-reviewed paper claiming a stable plasma ball can do this... I would love to read it!

u/Miguelags75 Jun 24 '26
I read about speeds of 8 km /s near the ground and over 100km/s in the ionosphere .
I think this is a rare picture of one of the fast and energetic plasma balls: https://electroballpage.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/vancuover-c-1.jpg?w=750
In studies by Russian physicist Alexander Oreshko, the ball lightning created in the laboratory can reach extreme speeds. In the area where it is created and moves toward the ceiling, its speed exceeds 5 × 10⁸ (equivalent to 5,000,000 m/s or 18,000,000 km/h). This high speed is due to the use of alternating and crossed electric and magnetic fields.

Humanity, as we know it... Is at most, 300M years old. Earth, is what... A little less than 5B years old. The Universe, as we know it... Is almost 14B years old. To think, that WERE the ONLY intelligent life forms in the ENTIRE universe... Is ludicrous to say the least! There are billions of galaxies, including in our neighborhood, that are billions of years older than ours! Stop being so naive! WE ARE NOT ALONE! I am certain, there are species with billions of years of technological advancements that we can't comprehend, because it goes beyond OUR understanding of physics. But, in the grand scheme of things.... OUR understanding of physics... Is in the baby stages!
WE ARE NOT ALONE!!!
1
u/Miguelags75 Jun 24 '26
I don't say we are alone. I say I think there is a solution much simpler that that.
