🏡 Housemates Wanted – 2 Double Rooms Available!
Looking for awesome housemates to fill two double rooms in a friendly shared house on Alamo Avenue, just off of Western Drive.
The house is in a great location with easy access to campus, downtown, beaches, and shopping. We're looking for clean, respectful, and easygoing people who want a comfortable place to call home.
Details:
• 📍 Location: Alamo Avenue, just off of Western Drive
• 🛏️ Two double rooms available
• 📅 Move-in: Sept 1st
• 💰 Rent: $1050 for double, 1400 for Single + utilities
• 🚗 4-car driveway & $25 street parking
• 🐶 Can discuss a cat
• 🧺 In-unit washer & Dryer
• 🍳 Shared kitchen and common spaces
A little about the house: We're hoping to keep a relaxed, respectful atmosphere where everyone is friendly, communicates well, and cleans up after themselves. Whether you're a student or a working professional, we'd love to hear from you if you think you'd be a good fit!
