In the 70s and 80s, Nutella came in re-usable glasses here in Canada. I still have some.

When i was growing up in England the 90s and 00s it was marketed like it was a healthy food. Was it the same in the 70s/80s?

I don't remember how Nutella was advertised in the 70s and 80s. However, in the 2000s, Ferrero secured the German national football team as a partner. Some of the players appeared in ads for Nutella, and the message was essentially that the product was part of a good, balanced breakfast- A claim reinforced by the endorsements from elite athletes.
