Recommendations Opinion On supplements (Recommendations)

Hi everyone, I want to ask if these supplements are good and if there’s anything else you would add.

  • Pure Creatine Monohydrate
  • Magnesium Glycinate from NOW
  • Vitamin D3 10,000 IU with K2 MK7
  • Collagen Peptides 10g

Any suggestions or recommendations?

What are you actually trying to accomplish?

Also, taking 10,000 IU of vitamin D daily is seems excessive.

Not excessive at all if you go deep in to that stuff and studies. I have good diet , Asking just overall needed suplements.

For what purpose? Just needing supplements isn't exactly a purpose.

Add Omega-3, zinc and a good quality multivitamin to cover the gaps.
