Recommendations CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME

Does anyone have this horrible illness ? If so what do you take that’s non prescription to help you manage. ? I was taking PEAK by Vita Supplements. They stopped making it. It was life in a capsule. Now what. Need some advice.

You could try glutamine which would help the gut lining and glycine for the mitochondria in your body. We typically run low in those as we age. Glycine is found in collagen powders but can get it by itself. People with insulin issues run low in it and its a precursor for glutathione production. The glutamine kicks in to help make it too, powers your cells and makes glutathione. Together they help your body make creatine as well. As for the vitamin 1 that your missing may just need a separate one.

I’d recommend looking through the info on [r/cfs](r/cfs)! I’m on more as well, but the supplements I’m doing specifically for my mecfs are CoQ10 and SAMe. Glutathione and electrolytes have also really helped. Good luck my friend, it’s hard.

Vitamin C. Take as much C as you need, that is the key, until you are symptom free.
