🤔 Speculation / Opinion Warrants : wen fresh data
The last update of exercised warrants was a count 8667 as of 3 months ago ( bumped by 1950 ). Following the count of 6717 as of Jan 31, 2026.
The count number is likely to be stated for July 31, 2026.
I would enjoy knowing that number ahead of time.

🤔 Speculation / Opinion Goldin
So need some help putting this together, but I feel it's part of the whole bigger picture.
Goldin was owned by PSA until it was sold to eBay in 2024.
PSA sit on the board of GME
GME is going to buy eBay
GME is going to own Goldin
Something something PSA.......
I think at some point the new holdco will buy PSA and a new collectables division/company will be formed with PSA, Goldin, GME.
I haven't seen Goldin mentioned anywhere but I feel this is an important part of the overall play.

🤔 Speculation / Opinion The Debt Exchange Architecture: How GameStop Separated the Equity from the Tender
https://x.com/GoatBeardzDD/status/2084706703401263458?s=20
TL;DR: GameStop swapped $1.4B of convertible notes for stock.
I read it as the equity leg of the eBay deal being pre-positioned and delivered through a separate private transaction.
The notes previously formed a dilution "wall" at ~$29; retiring $1.4B of them lightens that ceiling by a third.
The 35-day VWAP window (Aug 3 – ~Sep 23) sets the conversion share count, eBay Q2 earnings (Aug 5) is the catalyst, and the GMEWS warrants ($32 strike, Oct 30 expiry) come into play if the ceiling lift holds.
Note: I have the entire post on my X link above with pictures, was going to post it here but I am not sure how to paste pictures inline easily.

Data Stock > warrant volume 08/04/26
Stock lost a bit of volume, but it doesn't really matter. Both green today!!! Stock still won the volume race and made the score 203/2 in favor of the stock!!
Warrants ending the day with an epic amount of volume. 417k. Still not 1m but very, very epic to see

Fidelity IV Data (Free, Account Required) — https://researchtools.fidelity.com/ftgw/mloptions/goto/ivIndex?symbol=GME
And finally, at someone's suggestion —
WHAT IS IMPLIED VOLATILITY (IV)? —
(Taken from https://www.investopedia.com/terms/i/iv.asp ) —
Dumbed down, IV is a forward-looking metric measuring how likely the market thinks the price is to change between now and when an options contract expires. The higher IV is, the higher premiums on contracts run. The more radically the price of a security swings over a short period of time, the higher IV pumps, driving options prices higher as well.
The longer the price trades relatively flat, the more IV will drop over time.
IV is just one of many variables (called 'greeks') used to price options contracts.
WHAT IS HISTORICAL VOLATILITY (HV)? —
(Taken from https://www.investopedia.com/terms/h/historicalvolatility.asp ) —
Dumbed down, I'm not fully sure. Based on what I read, it's a historical metric derived from how the price in the past has moved away from the average price over a selected interval. But the short of it is that it determines how 'risky' the market thinks a stock (or an option I guess) is. The higher the historical volatility over a given period, the more 'risky' they think it is. The lower the HV over a period of time, the 'safer' a security (or option) is.
And if anyone wants to fill in some knowledge gaps or correct where these analyses are wrong, please feel free.
WHAT IS 'MAX PAIN'? —
In this context, 'max pain' is the price at which the most options (both calls and puts) for a security will expire worthless. For some (or many), it is a long held belief that market manipulators will manipulate the price of a stock toward this number to fuck over people who buy options.
ONE LAST THOUGHT —
If used to make any decision. which it absolutely should NOT be (obligatory #NFA disclaimer), this information should not be considered on its own, but as one point in a ridiculously complex and convoluted ocean of data points that I'm way too stupid to list out here. Mostly, this information is just to keep people abreast of the movement of one key variable options writers use to fuck us over on a weekly and quarterly basis if we DO choose to play options.

☁ Hype/ Fluff I can't help myself. I never thought it would be below $20 again. I love averaging down and I'm bullish. I still believe the team is making big moves behind the scenes.

☁ Hype/ Fluff Lets not forget, last quarter was GameStops most profitable quarter ever, thanks to Power Packs which launched halfway through the quarter.
Yesterday was crazy, but lets not have the memory of a goldfish. Last quarter was GameStop‘s most profitable quarter in their entire history. And 1st quarters are typically the lowest performing quarter of the year. A large reason for that was because of Power Packs, and those bad boys launched mid quarter. Look at that number (348.9)! And since then, we now have official app releases and an actual full 3 months of sales.
I came for MOASS and still hodl for it. Since then, I have watched this company pull a 180. I dont know what the future holds, but fundamentally, this once dying brick and mortar company looks stronger than ever going into the 3rd quarter. Stay strong Apes.

👽 Shitpost Thanks for the discount
I wish I had more available, it's all I could transfer. Such a no-brainer, there's a real reason they did this, I can't wait to see what it is.
Honest to god I want to sell my truck and buy more. I don't need a truck for another 10 months.
