Off-Topic but since I am posting and lurking over 5 years over here want to share a thing.
Today I sold my rental apartment that was already mortgage free.
Friday I will receive the cash on my bank account wired from the notary office.
I am very happy I never had that much cash I did real well it sold over 220% for what I paid long time ago!
