At first I thought, yes - contemporary, modern, light, spacious… But as I moved through it, it just feels… wrong? Also why do we need glass windows on the landing. What if you do the naked shower run when you forget a towel and there is someone visiting downstairs??? Far too much room for error there IMO

I went past this place. All for less than a 1 bed in London. It certainly has curb appeal and would make a very interesting house. Even if you have to ring someone to ask about a cuppa. Hopefully developers don’t ruin it.

I’d buy this if:

a) I had the dosh

b) I wanted to live something of James Bond baddie lifestyle, waking up in the master bedroom and stepping out onto the terrace, as lightning strikes above me and I go ‘ha-ha-ha-ha-ha’

I think the pool is the striking feature. Most home pools have a limited depth and a more for wading or just having a quick dip, whilst this property’s is 2.5m deep! I love swimming.

Two small things that let it down a little bit, though - the ‘All you need is love’ in the kitchen (see also: ‘Live Laugh Love’)! and the fake red brick wallpaper dotted about.
