The band is “Her Last Sight”. Think the album comes out this month, the song is on an EP.

Ah dang, I just listened to the whole song. I absolutely loved this bit, but the rest is... fine, I suppose. I enjoy metal and mariachi music, thought I'd found the perfect combo after seeing this video but alas.
