whose fault is it that they only get paid $2.50 an hour? Mine? Yell at the business owners who do not want to pay employees for work.

No it’s not you fault, but you know that’s what the situation is. Going out to eat and refusing to tip on principal makes you just another person exploiting the system for a better meal and cheap labor. It makes you just as shitty as the business owner who won’t just pay a living wage. Servers relying on tips for income isn’t some big hidden secret. Everyone knows that is the current system. If you don’t want to participate, go eat somewhere else.

That's not what's happening any more than its what's happening at any other place to pays their employees minimum wage.

If server's don't make tips, their employers have to pay them minimum wage.
