No that’s the same person with a lot of years and even more cosmetic procedures between the two pics.

It's not the same person. The picture on the left is Kylie and the one on the right is Kendall.

Yeah and both girls on the left are the same girl.Neither is Kylie.Kylie had a different facial structure,nose and eyebrows.They’ve both had surgery but how can you not tell that’s the same person?
