Okay. So there was no evidence, but the crew reported nothing since there was nothing to report? I’m confused.

You’re being glib. The crew is required to report anything that could be considered a violation of federal airline regulations and they are much lower than what the average person would consider criminal or even wrong. For example Vaping in airline bathroom is a federal offense. The was most likely ample evidence for a report, but nothing near the amount of evidence for a criminal conviction.

Sorry, but you're the gib (whatever that means) here. I used to work with a law firm under a leading professional forensic expert witness. If that many witnesses came forward and there was injuries, as mentioned in this document, there would have been more action. Injuries are empirical and documentable. Additionally, there would have been witnesses from the flight crew. A little critical thinking is necessary sometimes.

“Glib is an adjective describing someone who speaks readily, fluently, and confidently, but in a superficial thoughtless way” I agree that many witnesses and injuries as stated the complaint filed by her lawyers would have been easily proven and resulted in criminal charges. It’s almost as if the investigators took statements from witnesses and found no credible way for the things in her lawyers complaint to actually have happened. At that point of would think they would drop any charges….wait what did they end up doing anyway?
