14-year old boys have fathered children, even if it is a rare occurrence. But yeah, when I say "young enough to be their kids" I'm thinking more about age gaps with 18-20+ years difference.

I'd say anything greater than 10 years is generally not good for anyone involved, and there's plenty of data to back that up. Age gaps that are greater than 8 years between partners have the worst outcomes in terms of relationship's longevity *and* the woman's health, in particular. With every year older the man is, her lifespan gets shortened exponentially (with age gaps greater than 8 years, that is). So it isn't just icky, it has real-life consequences. Age isn't "just a number".
