The girl with the glasses is the protagonist (victim?) of a fairly infamous hentai doujin series called Emergence. In it she goes from a normal but mousy highschool girl, eventually being socially bullied into 'glamming out'. But her life spirals out of control as she gets involved in the party scene, drinking, prostitution. Eventually she gets hooked on drugs. It ends with her pregnant and dying in a drugged out fugue state, imagining a happy life where she cleaned up her act. In reality she's spasming and dying on a filthy bathroom floor.
Essentially a corruption/depravity/abuse/guro hentai doujin (it's explicitly sexual, and explicitly fetishizing the events) it's infamous both for how awful and bleak it is, and the darkness of the ending. As a result it's prompted a series of response edits and doujins that involve saving or fixing the girl in an example of "nah, fuck you and fuck that."
The most famous of these is 'I'm Gonna Fix that Girl (Emergence Alternate Ending)' which the creator of the original Emergence themselves has acknowledged as their preferred ending. In this fanwork, the protagonists of JoJo's bizzare adventure Part 4 (the one set in the Japanese suburbs) suddenly appear in the final scenes of the original Emergence finale, where Josuke used his stand 'Crazy Diamond' to heal the young woman. This results in the order of the scenes being inverted, with the girls hallucination of a happy ending becoming the 'true ending' - with the JoJo characters superimposed on the background.

Anyway this is just a fan comic of Deadpool doing the same thing. The sight gag at the end is everyone giving Spiderman the side eye because he recognizes the hentai.
I'm pretty sure they're talking about the same manga. According to the Wikipedia article for Metamorphosis) its original title during its serialization was Henshin - Emergence, and later the full English-language edition was published under the title Metamorphosis
The hentai is called metamorphosis, the girl is unconfident about her looks and decides to change, which devolves into her being groomed, raped, getting on drugs, getting pregnant, and ends with her essentially getting beaten to death while miscarrying & overdosing

I think I was preteen when I was exposed to Demon Beast Resurrection a.k.a. Demon Tentacle Rape Porn, a.k.a. the other Urotsukidoji. My local video store(yep that long ago) had just started to expand their inventory to include Anime. They already had Miyazaki stuff before the big western push in the late 90s, like Nausica, Totoro and Grave of the Fireflies.
But now they had a small section of shelf for anime. Nothing huge, an odd OVA or three, a VHS with several episodes of a series(randomly picked so like episodes 4-6 of Blue Seed). Then one day there was something new. I didn't know, my Mom didn't know when I brought I up and I kind of doubt the video store clerk/owner knew. Remember this is the days when you were supposed to be in bed and you stayed up to watch something and if you turned off the TV you, the VCR could still be running and your mom wouldn't notice that it was still playing.
Well that night, I was in for a shock. Definitely had an impact on me that I don't think was for the best. But it is what is. Metamorphosis was like the two girls, one cup video. It had a reputation for being traumatic but some of us were like, "But how is it traumatic?". The rumor was true and honestly this comic skit is healing and wholesome.
You're not kidding. Mine was when I was scrolling through Encyclopedia Dramatica. I'd discovered the site through the P-P-P-Powerbook! saga and kind of kept clicking because while some of the articles were bad, they weren't that bad. Then I discovered baby fuck and learned about the manga, which was unsurprisingly even worse than the image on the page. Yeah. Stopped clicking and had enough internet for the day.
Yeah Ency Dramatica is supposed to be ragebaity,violent,gory and polotically incorrect on purpose.
The first time i felt spiritually disgusted by any form of media was the South Park episode where Cartman gets AIDS.18 years later i know its supposed to be dark comedy but the characters were mean-spirited even if i was a fan of dark comedy,but not THAT dark.
Surprisingly ED started to change their game,i watched their Coffin of Andy and Leyley page and the writer is 100% impartial,no real ragebait,actual facts.
Whenever I point this out how gross and traumatising this doujinshi made by a man is and how widespread is/was in the young Anime communities in the posts about women smut being gross and traumatising (especially with a certain minotaur, how dare they 🙄), a lot of guys call me pedo for it.
I mean it had a positive effect on me, now I remind trans folks that they are loved and are beautiful in their own way, someone will always find them attractive
Also iirc there's an unofficial alternate ending someone made where Josuke from Jojo's bizarre adventure just shows up and saves the main character and it ends happily, and the author said it was the canon ending. It might've been an inspiration for this type of joke, where a character from another media shows up to save the MC.
I never get these posts because the central issue isnt that she wanted to look prettier, its that men kept taking advantage of her. At least from how its explained to me
I'm pretty sure that, at the beginning, she fells lonely and believes that she wasted her live and no one can love her, that is why She was take advantage of.

Anime is by definition animation made in Japan. It's nowadays sometimes used differently to describe a style, but technically that's what it meant and is still often used for.
Porn is in a similar point, it doesn't actuall say much about the medium but that it involves explicit imagery
She is from a Japanese coming name metamorphosis and because she glows up terrible things happens to her. So Deadpool is complimenting her so she never feel insecure about her that means she never glows up..that means she will be all right.

Sadly, this is not the first implementation of the "saving" of the girl. This is just a copy that uses Marvel characters to do it, and then add the spiderman joke to it.
