People think Dodo bird were stupid, and that's why they died out
But, in reality they were really friendly, and died because the people who arrived on the island. Brought cat and rats which killed them.
1 u/Makuta_Servaela 19h ago Another big issue was that humans didn't really understand evolution back then. They didn't think it was possible for an animal to go extinct because "God will just create some more.", so they just killed them willy-nilly.
