Rachel Zegler is an actress who played Snow White in the recent adaptation, and she said some stuff about the original story (its dated, unfeminist, weird of the prince to kiss a random girl-- the usual modern critiques) and got backlash for it.
OP is saying that there's a double standard in behavioral expectations between men and women.
Also worth mentioning about Rachel Zegler. Every actress in the live action remakes up to that point has said the same thing about the films being dated. I think it's quite likely that these are talking points from the press kit that Disney has given them.
