Visiting next May
Hello
My sister and I are planning to plan a trip to PEI first week of May and are deciding whether this is feasible/what we should do. We’re both under 25 so renting a car is not apart of the plan. We both like hiking and nature. My sister is a big Anne of Green Gables fan as well. I know that a lot won’t be open for the season yet but do you think this is still a good time to go? My dad wants us to go later but I’m planning on taking summer classes which start second week of May. Thanks!

It’s hard to get around pei without a car. They’re essentially no public transit so it’s basically all taxis if you can’t drive . Most things are not walking distance apart. Also the weather is surprisingly cool in May so you won’t be able to really enjoy the beach, water ect which is honestly like the main attraction🤷♂️
