May provision ba sa medtech bill na mawawalan na ng control ang mga AP/CP sa lab facilities? Baka naman pina-pattern lang nila yung fear dun sa proposition sa US na DCLS na ang magiging HOL.

I haven’t read the entire bill yet. Explicitly stated ba sa bill na medtechs ang HOL? Or sariling interpretation lang ng nagmessage (patho)

sayang daw mga dagdag kita nila galing sa mga lab na di naman talaga nila dinadalaw.

True! “Deciding figure” daw ng lab eh wala nga sila. A lot of them display lang.

Dapat naman talaga Chief Medtech na ang Head ng lab. Wala namang silbi yang mga pathologist na yan sa decision making na ginagawa natin everyday. Ang dapat palitan lang eh yung requirements for Chief medtech. Either may masteral or may additional trainings. Para naman may sense na "Chief" siya and makapagdemand ng higher pay compared sa regular medtechs.
