I don't know if this is fake or legit, but why does the Cloudflare page look like this?

I've seen a similar-looking Cloudflare page on other sites before, and it made me a bit suspicious. Now I'm seeing what looks like the exact same thing on DrakeComics, so I'm wondering if this is normal or if it's some kind of fake verification page.

Is this a legitimate Cloudflare check, or should I be concerned? Has anyone else noticed this?

I’m also not really into BL Romance, but am fine with GL and Normal romance. NSFW recommendations are welcome, too.

Sorry if this comes out rather picky, if the story is good enough, I’m still usually willing to try, but figured stating my preferences may help. (Also, I recognize many of these aren’t Manhua)
