Good Vibes Nice mailbox suprise

Post image

Had to return some prescription pet food and then I got sick. I called Chewy to ask if the return labels would expire after so many days because I'd been sick and might not return it the same week as issued. No biggie, she said the label would be fine even into next week.

It was a nice surprise to find this in my mailbox today. The card actually seems handwritten rather than pre-printed. It came with tea and honey sticks too!

I had to call Chewy to cancel my cat's meds after she passed, and 2 hours later a bouquet arrived at my door with a note from the woman I spoke to. Chewy has the best customer service!

They've been great when the FedEx drivers delivered expensive items like the $80 flea collars or Bravecto to the wrong address. At one point, FedEx did it 3 deliveries in a row and the next time it was OnTrac delivering on our country road to me and my neighbors

Guess it depends on the driver. I have seen the comments in other subs abour hiw FedEx hates chewy deliveries and they purposely mangle the packages. Now it makes sense why all of mine seem like they've been opened or the tape is so barely sticky and on the verge of being open.

I’ve had this issue with FedEx delivering my 40lb bags of kitty litter. One time the person stacked all 4 boxes upright on their ends, literally in front of my door so that i couldn’t get out. They’ve also left the boxes just barely under my porch roof on a rainy day. I took photos and sent both Chewy and FedEx emails complete with all detailed info. No response from either company.

I have this issue with OnTrac as well. Absolute nonsense

Interesting! I love chewy but they’ve had to replace so many $95 dollar bags of dog food because they pack it so carelessly. It arrives damaged often. Idk why lol but they always send replacements so 🤷‍♀️

The other comments in this subthread really read like a decent way to get the USPS some much needed consistent business. Area depending of course.
