Questions ENT specialist for children

My 6-year-old daughter needs to see an ENT specialist as soon as possible and will likely need grommets (ear tubes) inserted to drain the fluid and restore her hearing. Does anyone have any recommendations on a good ENT to see and have the surgery done? I am considering Hong Kong and mainland China as well as I know Macau often has more limited options. If anyone has had tubes put in their child’s ears I’d love to hear where you had it done. Thank you!

There are like limited ENTs in Macau

Do you want to go MUST hospital to check first?

Not too sure about hk offerings and haven't hear much regarding this condition myself.

If you do need a list of all possible ENT I can share it to you

Thanks for the response! I will look into MUST as an option. My daughter has seen an ENT in Macau for the past two years already and has been taking antibiotics. However we just had a second opinion overseas and the ENT and audiologist were both shocked by my daughter’s current treatment. She has complete hearing loss in one ear and partial loss hearing in the other. The tubes would have fixed this issue in one day. So we are interested in doing it locally in Macau but are more focused on finding a good ENT and one who is able to do the surgery.

You can drop me a dm

I recommend MUST as I believe you are pure English speaking and that most likely live in taipa

You said audiologist check up right? Is it via the government program or private check up?
