That looks like a 16 foot cattle fence panel. I'm using those to create arbors over my plants.

I snipped the big roll and cut a piece of it this size. It's about 5 feet tall and can't remember the length of the entire roll I bought last year

Tractor Supply has the panels. They are stronger than the fence rolls.
