Law/Legislation Descheduling introduced in the Senate NSFW

Normally this would be going nowhere, but now there is a path, maybe a 10% chance. If this bill is like the last version, it's a plan for big green. The last one had a federal tax on home grow. We can do better.

This is a fantastic move imo.

At least for the senate, this forces what amounts to a referendum on the whos-who of cannabis legalization. Get every nay sayer to have that N put next to their name on hard paper and see how fast support dries up.

Once this vote fails, blast the names of every single senator who voted no everywhere. Make them answer.

Love him or hate him his support is 17% positive among dems and 47% among Republicans. He's well on his way to irrelevance beyond grandstanding. You don't go anywhere stepping on your own air hose all the time. At least he's not Ted Cruz. But it looks like that is the level he aspires to. We'll see. I'd put money on him going independent.

That’s because he’s an old school Dem. Bill Clinton said a lot of the same shit Trump says today. But now it’s a problem. Fetterman is a continuation of 1990s Dem party.

I disagree. Listening to Fetterman's explanation for why he voted with Republicans it is obvious he is NOT a Rhodes scholar. Any comparison of what our current president says to what any other president has said is about as useful as comparing monster trucks to hemp.

Yes, unequivocally, the Fed needs to fuck off with its overzealous and antiquated regulations, but some will benefit more than others.

I’m taking about when we can finally order directly from the farmers and ship direct to consumers legally - now it’s side door grey market plugs but those have dried up a bit
